Travel instructions to reach Conference Venue from Sarai Kale Khan Hazrat Nizamuddin railway station

  • You can directly book a cab or an auto from Old Delhi railway station to Conference Venue (Gate no. 4, Faculty of Science, Delhi Unniversity, North Campus, Delhi).
  • The total fare in the cab (via Uber will be  320-350/-)approximately (prices are subject to change).
  • The total travel time will be approximately 1 hour 20 minutes.

  • BY DTC (Delhi Transportation Corporation)
  • Walk for 2 minutes towards Sarai Kale Khan bus stand.
  • From Sarai Kale Khan bus stand, take a DTC bus (Bus TMA-Lajpat Nagar towards Azadpur Terminal); deboard the bus at
    Vishwavidyalaya Metro Station bus stand.
  • The total fare for the bus is 15-25/-from Old Delhi Railway Station to Vishwavidyalaya.
  • Now, you can walk for 2 minutes towards the Conference Venue (Gate no. 4, Faculty of Science, Delhi University, North Campus, Delhi).
  • The total travel time will be approximately 1 hour 10 minutes.

  • Take an exit from Sarai Kale Khan Hazrat Nizamuddin railway station (backside towards platform no. 9).
  • Now, head towards entrance gate of Sarai Kale Khan metro station and board the (Pink Line) metro train going towards Majis Park at Platform 1 on Sarai Kale Khan metro station.
  • After 4 intermediate stops, change the metro train at Dilli Haat INA metro station (Pink Line) and board the (Yellow Line) metro train going towards Vishwavidyalaya/ Samaypur Badli at Platform 2 on Dilli Haat INA metro station.
  • After 12 intermediate stops, deboard the metro train at Vishwavidyalaya metro station and take an exit from Gate no. 4.
  • The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) fare is  40/-.
  • Now, you can walk for 13 minutes or take an e-rickshaw for the Conference Venue (Gate no. 4, Faculty of Science, Delhi University, North Campus, Delhi) which will cost 20/-.
  • The total time travel will be approximately 1 hour 20 minutes.
